Shipping policy
Where we deliver
We currently ship within Singapore only. International shipping is not available yet.
Processing
Every order is packed by hand. Orders are usually dispatched within a few working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). During sales, launches and the festive season, please allow a little extra time.
Delivery options and rates
- Standard delivery: $5 (free for orders of $40 and above). Estimated 3–5 working days after dispatch.
- Express delivery: $15. Estimated 1–2 working days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and start from the day your order is dispatched. You'll receive an email once your order is on its way.
Delivery address
Please check your address carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or a failed delivery, a re-delivery fee may apply.
Late or missing parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, please email us at hello@mittsudoru.com with your order number and we'll look into it with our courier.
